Art of parenting session by the National Commission on the Status of Women

ISLAMABAD: National Commission on the Status of Women, Islamabad (NCSW) partnered with National Institute of Psychology, Aga Khan Development Network, and Dukhtran e Pakistan had a thought-provoking session on "The Art of Parenting" national policy at Government College for Boys, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. 

Experts led deep discussions on addressing rising extreme behaviours, anxiety issues, and conflict resolution among youth. Emphasis was placed on spending quality time with children, serving as positive role models, and promoting family time. The importance of sports, healthy activities, book readings, and learning from past practices was highlighted along with instilling values like honesty, dignity, discipline, and a growth mindset in children was stressed.

It was expressed that by engaging the educators and parents, we aim to shape a brighter future for #Pakistan.
