The Bahdro Jabal Health Complex in Sehwan Sharif, District Jamshoro, has been revitalized through a collaboration between the Government of Sindh and Sindh Integrated Emergency & Health Services (SIEHS-1122). The restored complex will have the provision of a Maternity Home, an SIEHS-1122 Training Centre, and a Tourism Hub, aimed at improving healthcare access and enhancing local tourism. Dr. Azra Fazal Pechuho, the Provincial Minister for Health and Population Welfare, reaffirmed her commitment to expanding essential healthcare services in remote areas.
The soft launch of the revived complex took place on December 31, 2024, at the scenic Badhro Jabal Hill Station in Sehwan Sharif. The evening featured a festive music session and a bonfire, offering attendees a warm celebration against the chilly backdrop of the hill station. The restoration of the Bahdro Jabal Health Complex marks a significant step toward strengthening healthcare infrastructure and elevating tourism in the region, highlighting the Government of Sindh’s ongoing commitment to both community health and sustainable development.
